F.I.T. de'CORP TRAINING
F.I.T. de'CORP TRAINING is designed to equip the participants for any Physical Readiness Fitness Test requirement such as Policemen, Firefighters and Paramedics. The training will focus on 3 major fitness components: cardio endurance, muscle strength and agility to enhance their fighting abilities and contact tactics.

MUSCLE UP45 - HIIRT
MUSCLE UP45 is a resistance-based training combined with cardio endurance - HIIRT (High Intensity Interval Resistance Training). This program is designed to allow
exercise enthusiasts to reach their peak performance goals and enhance their overall fitness in less time possible.

CORE Max
CORE Max is a core stability training, focusing on building strength and power development of muscles which work together in stabilizing the spine. These core exercises are considered effective method to improve flexibility and balance not only for athletes but also for sedentary people of
